I'm looking to upgrade my 802.11b mini PCI card with 802.11g. I'd
like to go to 'SuperG' 108mb. Can anyone let me know if there are any
mini PCI cards at this speed that will work in the Dell and the best
AP to hook it up to?

Try alt.sys.pc-clone.dell for specific Dell help. There are several very
knowledgeable posters for Dell-specific questions.
