Help!! crashing

I hav a new computer built wit

e7200
gts250
2gb ram
24" display[full hd]

I hav not overclocked my processor or ram.. and I hav up to date drivers..
My problem is my computer keeps crashing when i play a game.. now even at normal usuage its getting crashed..
COuld u pls get a solution for my prob ??

Get latest BIOS updates for ur MB, and if there are any get the GPU-firmware updates.
