Bought 2 120G SSD's - how to set them up?

Ok, i got 2 120G Sandisk Extreme SSD's. I got 2 because i wanted 240, but they were sold out of those.
Now, should I set them up in Riad 0, or set one up as the boot drive, and the other as another harddrive to use for Steam and games and such...?
I want 240 because i knew 120 wouldnt' be enough to have a few games on it like i want, but now i don't know how to set it up...
