Extreme4 vs p8p67 pro

I am choosing between these two motherbaords. I already purchased a faulty asus pro but tiger direct said they couldnt reorder it for me because they are not building them anymore. i am going to overclock and later sli. which one do you think i should choose?

Both have pretty much the same features, but I heard the Asus overclocks a bit better/further. I think the Asus has 3 year warranty vs 1 year for the Asrock. Check the price difference and see if it's worth it for you.

As long as the ASRock P67 Extreme4 has all the features you need, go ahead and get it. The money you save could be better used elsewhere in your system.

I have the ASRock P67 Pro3 and it has no trouble overclocking my 2500K to 4.8GHz and handling the 12GB of RAM (one 2x4GB kit and one 2x2GB kit) I installed. The Extreme4 is a slightly better version of the Pro3, so it will do well.
