[URGENT] CPU fan running 4000rpm idle (stock fan)

So I was playing around in BIOS, trying to disable SMART cpu fan ability with the SMART fan/mode enable/disable option. I didn't actually disable it, but after leaving BIOS, my fan is running at ~4000rpm while idle.

This is a stock fan, and the highest it ever went before was 3000rpm.

WHAT DO I DO

Also, I forgot to mention - my CPU is the 1055T and my mobo is the ga-ma 790gpt-ud3h running on the F4G bios.
