so i'm planing on buying a new pc
but since i'm a bit short of cash i'm saving on a few components with an upgrade in mind in a year or two
i'm making it a gaming computer but i'm no crazy gamer so i don't care much about having the best graphics
i also do a fair bit of video encoding and plan on OCing it

please help me choose a motherboard
i'm considering on of these two:
Gigabyte P67A-UD4
ASUS P8P67 (not pro or evo or deluxe just P8P67)

so the setup is as follows:
processor: core i7 2600k
memory: 2x2GB G.Skill Ripjaws X Edition (will add more in the future)
graphics: i'm stay with my old ati hd5670 1gb for the time being
hdd: western digital Caviar Black 1TB
cpu cooler: Thermalright Venomous X

just wondering an Enermax 550W psu would be good enough, right?

please help me choose a motherboard considering OC performance and build quality though price is a factor and the asus is cheaper but i would prefer the better one in terms of OC
and you can also throw i'n your thoughts about my setup though i'm settled with it

thanks
!
