Hi, i am getting a good deal for two xfx 8800 GTS XXX 320 MB cards and ATI Sapphire Radeon 4870 X2 2GB card. I want to get maximum performance for games and graphics applications. Please let me know which one is better: is it Nvidia XFX 8800 GTS XXX 320 MB in Sli or single ATI Sapphire Radeon 4870 X2?
Please dont keep price in consideration as i am getting two 8800 GTS 320 or single 4870 x2 2GB for almost same price

Agreed, just make sure your motherboard will support crossfire.

Motherboard does not need crossfire to handle a 4870x2..

Yeah, they aren't even in the same ballpark. SLIed 8800GTS 320mbs wouldn't even rival a single HD4870, much less an x2.
