CPU fan

My CPU fan along with all other fans wont turn on. I used to have a Nvidia control panel that let me turn on my fans manually but now I have a new 5770 video card so theres no way I can do that anymore. Ever since trying to overclock my fans wont turn on. I have reset everything back to default but still no change. The fans work fine but something is amiss :/

Check your BIOS settings and look for fan control settings, your default BIOS settings likely enables the fans, while your custom settings turned them off.
