Participating etailers will bundle a FULL COPY of the game “Just Cause 2” from Square Enix with ABP GTX 465, GTX 470 and GTX 480 parts, during the entire month of June. All YOU need to do is ensure that you get your GTX 400 series parts to them before launch and during June, to leverage this great bundle.
While participating etailers have not been determined yet, NVIDIA offered this to all 7 of the ones listed below. You may be getting calls from these partners about this program very shortly….

Meh. The question is, why do people still buy the 4xx cards over the 5xxx cards for a little more performance gain and higher heat,power usage,etc?

People buy them cause they're not really that much hotter, they perform better, do dx11 and AA better, and anyone willing to spend 350+ on a video card probably doesn't have a crappy power supply?

If you are concern about the 4xx card heating issues, some NVIDIA manufacturer has release their customized version which fixes that issue.
Petey1013 is right, if you going to spend $350+ then you better have a good PSU.

A semi-important note about the game;
It is DX10 only and cannot be played on XP for those of you that still haven't upgraded.

nVidia getting desperate? Nah! Still nice promo but i'm gonna stick with ATi until they can take out a DX11 card at 150$
