5750 Resolution Problem?

Hey, I finally got my 5750 to work, and now there's a ring of pixels around it that should be used, but for some reason aren't. It's supposed to be at 1920x1080, and it says it is, but this is happening? Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

change all the settings to the optimal quality in ATI control panel.If this didnt work try clean install the drivers.
