955 BE Temp

Alright, I've been running prime for about 1hr 30 min and on my AMD Phenom 955 my low is 27c and my high is 55c. Is this an ok temp. at 100% load it seems to be set at 52-53c. This is my first build and i just wanted to know if it is ok.

yes it seems find. but u need to say at what frequecy/no of cores/cooler type to get better answer.
