My hard disk dosnt work!!

hello , please help me !! I gt a new toshiba 1 tb harddisk , to run it on my ps3 i wanted to convert it to fat32 . i used swiss knife , something went wrong i uninstalled the sowftware ... now only the led lights up its nt read by the pc or my mac pls help!!!

not read at all?
not in device manager?
not in disk management?
not in BIOS?

I would recommend a Kubuntu Live boot disk and try the Kubuntu partition manager, but if the BIOS doesn't see it, the OS isn't capable of seeing it.
