New build help with RAM and Graphics card

Hello,

It's been a while since I built a pc.

The specs so far:
CPU:Intel lga1366 i7 930
Motherboard:ASUS P6X58D-E
Harddrive:Western Digital caviar black WD1002FAEX , 1Tb/1000gb , Sata6G , dual processors unit with 64mb cache , 7200rpm

Now which RAM do I use:
Aiming at 6gigs but do I use ddr3-1333, ddr3-1600, ddr3-2000

And which graphics card:
Currently thinking about an ASUS ATI card?

The main use of the pc is web development and photoshop (CS5 with some photoshop 3d). I may play the odd game but not all that often.

i dont know whats your budget. but this would be your best bet

hdd: samsung f3 1tb or seagate 7200.12 1tb (just suggesting)

I can only get Corsair or kingston ram from the supplier.

The graphics cards I am thinking of are:
Asus EAH5770 CuCore/2DI/1GD5 or
Asus EAH5770 EAH5770/2DI/512MD5 or
Asus EAH5750 FORMULA/DI/512MD5
