Samsun 830 SSD not showing up.

Hey there I just recently got a SSD, which I presumed dead as I couldn't see it in BIOS, and then since got my RMA replacement with yet again the same problem.

Specs first of all:

AMD Phenom II X6 Processor
MSi GTX 670
ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula
8GB G.Skill Sniper RAM
1TB WD HDD

Basically, I have tried everything;

-Putting in IDE, RAID and AHCI
-Flashed BIOS
-Booted into Windows

Whatever I do, whatever cables I swap around it just doesn't pick it up. I am really stumped.

And I'm guessing it is my computer as this is now the 2nd one I have received.

Any ideas?

Ok I don't know if anyone has seen this yet, but I just booted from the USB Samsung Magician Software to try and update firmware this DOES pick up the SSD. However, it simply says the firmware is up to date and afterwards I still can't see it in the BIOS. This is me thinking that is it definitely something wrong with my computer. Any ideas?
