<= $200 Gaming Graphics Card

I was wondering what would be the best gaming graphics card for less than $200. I will most likely be using an AMD processor with a GIGABYTE GA-790XTA-UD4 AM3 AMD 790X SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The TV that I'm using as my monitor for my laptop (which will be my monitor for my desktop) is running at 1920x1080. The 5770 looks like a solid choice but which manufacturer would you guys recommend? I haven't had any experience really with any of them.
