Realtek audio not working

Hello,

My speakers aren't working. When I open the realtek audio HD manager and hit test it works, but when I play a game or video on youtube there's no sound... any help?

Find the volume bars for games and internet.

But I would get another sound card because realtek audio is prone to problems. I did have one but had nothing but trouble with it until finally one day it popped.

Everything is on max. I don't get it. Sound comes out when I test it, but when I watch video or anything else there's no sound. What am I missing??
