When my hard disk feilure to start what the ploblem

please help my hard disk stop working imediately and i do`t know why?I tried to restart its feilure stating,so Idon`t know why? at the same time I switch on have sound came from in the motherbody like a, may be let say that when the engine of car get hot and you put water have sound occur there so just sound like this,sorry for my broken language bt am not american am Tanzaniani

Car needs new engine, sounds like you need new Hard Drive! Do you get black screen and flashing white cursor at top left when you try to start Windows?
