Will this Ram work with these boards

Apparently I ordered this RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL but I hear that the Sandy bridge motherboards only work with p67 supported is that true? Because I want to use this board ASUS P8P67 DELUXE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard. Will the RAM I bought work with it or will I have to buy the latest RAM to work with it. FYI the RAM is at 1.5v is that good since I hear these boards only work with 1.5v.

It should work just fine ram voltage can be adjusted in BIOS! 1.5volt is just default.
