More about compatible
  1. Fill out form in sticky. Link in my sig.

A good 550w will easily run that system.

Right off the bat I'd switch ram to G SKill Eco kit which is better and cheaper.

I'd also go with a diff mobo.
  2. somehow i cant edit my post so:

    APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This week
    BUDGET RANGE: 550 Euros

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming and programming

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Will buy from, Azerty.nl but you can show the parts on newegg. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Netherlands, Europe

PARTS PREFERENCES: AMD processor and ATI gpu

OVERCLOCKING: No , SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Later, not for initial build because it wont fit in the budget

    MONITOR RESOLUTION: 2x 1440*900

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Would like a window with some blue leds

  3. switch out the mobo to a Ga 790 ud4. Should only be a little more, but overall a better mobo.

Like I said previously, a 550w PSU is more than enough. Antec has a 550 earthwatt, OCZ has their 550 Fatal1ty line and 500/600 modxstream lines in that size for pretty cheap.

You also need a case, HD and optical.
  4. i chose the antec 650 earthwatt. because on the site im lookin. its 3 euros more expensive as the 500w
