Will gateway motherboad fit themeltake cases

I have a Gateway DX4300-03 system. The case is way to small. I just purchased a Thermeltake V9 Black addition case. Any reason I will have issues changing cases? IE Mobo ect

Possibly. A lot of prebuilt vendors use specially designed motherboards and PSUs that aren't compatible with after market parts. The board would be a problem if the standoffs and holes on the board don't line up proper. The PSU might be a problem if the holes don't line up as well. It's also possible that the case fans won't be able to be connected to anything.

Other than that, there should be an issue.
