I installed Windows 7 64bit and all my other programs on one drive and I have all my data on three other drives (i.e. - 2 - 1TB drives and 1 - 500GB drive). Windows 7 reports that my 500GB drive is one of the 1TB drives and vice versa. The data in each drive is still intact and accessible. The relative disk usage is correct, but it's based on an incorrect total disk volume (i.e. - the 500GB drive is 40% full, but is reported as 40% of 1TB).

I've used various tools in the MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition v7.5 to try and restore the MBR, partition, etc.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

If Windows disk manager reports an incorrect size for the drive then a configuration register in the drive has been altered. I have seen this when Partition Magic or Norton Utilities tries to fix what the software incorrectly thinks is an error. The configuration registers are described in the ATA specification.
