We need to know what you computer specifications are to know what it can handle. Basically any card made in the last few years will do, though.
What do you need the card for? Gaming?

Why 128MB? Whats your budget and what are you trying to do that needs pixel shader 2.0? If its a game we need to know the other specs of your system. If you dont currently have a card capable of meeting those specs we also need you to check and see if you have a PCI-E slot or if you only have an AGP slot.

We need to know the type of motherboard; SM2 has been supported for a VERY long time now, so theres a real possibility that the mobo still uses AGP [or even PCI!] instead of PCI-E.
