Hey everyone!

My XFX 8600GT died on me a couple weeks ago. Newegg seems to be really expensive right now for graphics cards... Anyway, should I go for a GTX260 right now or save another month or so for a GTX470?

Quote:
Get a HD5770 if you only have $150, the 260s are really expensive because its EOL so stocks are limited.
But can we have your System Specs, Monitor resolution, your budget and what you are going to use if for?

+1. Monitor resolution and PC use are the most important factors to consideration before buying a graphics card.

^1. I'd go for the 5XXX series too. But that is very wide range of choices for the OP. We should know the resolution and the budget of the OP to narrow it down.
