Mobo for a Intel Q8400

I recently snagged a cheap Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Yorkfield 2.66GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor with out bothering to check if my old Asus P5WD2-E Premium mobo would support it.

Sadly it won't and I'm in a bit of a pickle now as being a CPU NewEgg won't refund it.

So I'm looking for a Mobo... or maby there is some bios software that will make it work? Both being 775 sockets and all.

Looking for a good Mobo for:

PSU: OCZ 700W StealthXStream
CPU: Intel Q8400
RAM: 2gb COrsair XMS (800) x2 , 1gb COrsair XMS (800) x2
GPU: ATI 5770

I'd obviously prefer a software solution but a Mobo around $100 would work as well! Prefer to buy from cheaper = better... also a good mobo for overclocking & Crossfire would be nice =-)
