My hard drive got mess up by my unpluginh computer from power

how can i get all my files and pictures from it

Depends on how messed up it is. Is it just not booting, or is the drive not spinning up. I would think that the drive is still good, but you may have corrupted windows. You may be able to repair windows, and you can plug the drive in as a second drive in a system, and you should be able to pull any files from it, and then put ti back in your system and reload windows.

Try booting from your windows DVD and try Repair
