Question about the 8 pin power connector

Hello,

I am installing a new ASUS M4A89gtd pro/usb3 motherboard. I notice that the 8 pin power connecter had a removable plug over the bottom 4 pins. Does that mean I only need to plug into the top 4 or do I just pull the plug and connect to all 8 pins as usual?

It means you can use either. I'd go for all 8, but some people don't.
