Is this motherboard compatible?

I'm wondering if this motherboard is compatible with this graphics card. I know on the website it states what kind of slots it has, but I'm confused and need some extra help.

most modern GPUs will fit in any modern motherboard (at least i'm pretty sure they all use PCIe x16). Make sure the processor is compatible though, this can be slightly more confusing imo.

How would I know if the GPU is compatible with the processor or not? I have a Socket AM3/785G AMD Phenom II 820 Quad-core Processor.

gpu processor compatability is a non-issue get any modern cpu with any mid range gpu and you should be fine. If you're going to be using a 300$ card then you may have to worry about a bottleneck around the cpu. Even with a bottleneck the card will still function per se.
