SSD Brand

Well I have a little extra money after deciding to buy a 660 Ti instead of the 670 which was going to be basically 100 bucks more, so I was thinking that I would go for a SSD because I have heard they are fast as hell and more reliable then they were 2 years ago. So what I'm asking really is which brand should I go for and why? (Budget is about 120 bucks.)
Mind you I will be using this drive as a boot drive, so I plan to do a clean install of Windows 7 on it....so something reliable as a boot drive would be nice.
