Blu Ray emergency

Hello,
Hi! I`ve a HUGE problem. I would like to ask if reducing the QUALITY of a Blu Ray movie is possible. At short: my computer is old and unable to play high quality movies but i really, really, REALLY need a movie and I can`t find it in another quality but Blu Ray. HELP, PLEASE!!!

I don't think you can do it in realtime. I mean, if you were able to some how rip the BluRay and compress the video you could do it, but i don't know if there's even an option like that.
