Temps too far off?

so i have a q 8300 and i noticed how my temps seemed to be a bit off at times, it seem taht core 4 will always be higher than the rest and core 3 will always be lowest...

current idle is

1 37c
2 37c
3 35c
4 39c

should i be checking anything? i thought that most the time they should be within 1 C? throughout the cores. now max the temps also vary

Nothing I'd be too worried about personally. It's normal for different cores to operate at slightly different temperatures.

might be that core is being used for more processes than the others, check task manager to find out
