Crashing Constantly

My computer is freezing frequently. One thing I've noticed is that just before each freeze I hear one of the the hard drives engage. I've unplugged all HDDs since Windows is installed on my RAID 0 SSD, and it's still crashing. I'm thinking it's either the power supply, motherboad, or CPU. I recently reinstalled Windows so I doubt it is software related. Is there any software that could diagnose this for me?

PSU: Corsair HX 750w
Graphics: 2x HD 5770 Crossfire
H70 Corsair CPU Cooler
Windows 7 64bit on 2 Corsair V64 RAID 0
2 Seagate - 1TB 7200.12 in RAID 0 for data
8 GB Corsair Dominator RAM

Try without raid and see what happends, you could try and see if the ram is not bad , try a memory diagnostic program, it could also be overheating as well.

Turns out it was my power supply.
