My System

E8400 @ 3.0 Ghz
Gigabyte ga-ep45-ud3p
2gb ddr2 800
Sigma Shark 635w (20A x 20A 12v)
Acer 22"(max resolution 1680x 1050)

What is the best buy

OPTION 1
5770 + 4gb ddr2 ram + CPU Cooler (Coolermaster Hyper 212) [3.6GHZ OC at max)
160+105+30=$295.00

OR

OPTION 2
Gtx 470=350.00

WHICH WILL GIVE BETTER GAMING PERFORMANCE AND OVERALL QUALITY (VISUALS)?
(I play [1] PES (football/soccer) [2] Racing (GRID DIRT 2) and [3] FSP (COD, BF) [3 ]Batman & GTA 4 Resident Evil
ALSO SUGGEST A POSSIBLE $50 UPGRADE THAT MIGHT MAKE OPTION 1 EVEN BETTER

At 1680x1050 HD5770 would be too good.... As said by 'Timop' its better to get another 2GB and make it 4GB....

option 1. 5770 is still a really good GPU, you could really use 4gb of ram, and the cooler will help you overclock ur cpu =)

What about the 470 overwhelming performance at 1680 x 1050 occasionally beating the 5870?
Also
What about the image quality and futuristic nature of the Fermi architecture?
And
What about a 5850 and 2gb of ram as an OPTION 3?
