Ati radeon hd 3300 graphics card

Hello,
I currently have a new computer but it freezes up constantly. I was told it could be my video card. When it freezes up it shows artifacts on the screen, it does this frequently. What should I do first to try and remedy this problem?

Well, the ati 3300 chipset is an integrated graphics solution. I don't know of any discreet graphics cards based on this.

My guess is that you are having trouble with a graphics driver. I would go to ati.com and download the latest drivers for your grahpics first.
What Operating system are you using? Is this a pre-built system or did you build it?
