can i mix ddr2 266mnz memory with ddr2 800 memory on my p5b motherboard and the processor my board is useing is core 2 duo 6600at 2.4

i would say not to.
Its recommended if you use two rams, they should have synced FSB speeds.

The OP meant 533MHz and 800MHz. All modules will run at 533MHz and it normally isn't an issue.
