Is blueberry 400w psu enough for radeon hd 5770 card?

I have Asus m2n-xe mobo, athlon x2 5000+ 2.6ghz cpu, 2gb ddr2 mem, and radeon hd 4670 512mb graphics. If I buy radeon hd 5770 will blueberry 400w psu be enough or I must buy 450w+ psu?

No, definetly not. Go with a 500+ psu, just to be on the safe side. Antec Earthwatts is a great PSU for the money.
