Well, not quite P67 only; Intel only, maybe. H67 has it, so will Z68, and all Intel-based Macs use it. Some older Asus boards had experimental UEFI support, but not great. Also, you don't need it unless you want to boot from drives larger than 2 TiB/2.2 TB.
P/H 67 chipset Gigabyte boards have the UEFI, but use a normal BIOS GUI.
