I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 (rev 1) motherboard and i would like to know if there is a UEFI Bios solution for this board

Well, not quite P67 only; Intel only, maybe. H67 has it, so will Z68, and all Intel-based Macs use it. Some older Asus boards had experimental UEFI support, but not great. Also, you don't need it unless you want to boot from drives larger than 2 TiB/2.2 TB.

P/H 67 chipset Gigabyte boards have the UEFI, but use a normal BIOS GUI.

Yeah I'm an idiot and forgot H67. Z68 is not out yet so I did not miss it. I did not know Macs had it. But I don't use one.

I like the Gigabyte BIOS. Just used to that interface I guess.

I don't have a Mac either...Just read about that. I still like the Gigabyte BIOS interface too, but then I've never tried anything else!

But no, there won't be a UEFI BIOS for that board, and if there is, it will be experimental (i.e. pre-beta, probably). And there isn't much advantage in it anyway, so don't worry.
