Gpu/cpu overheat or insufficient power supply

cpu: intel core 2 duo ,e8300 stock.
gpu: xfx geforce 8800gt xxx
psu: ultra 750w
case: Broadway Com Corp 939PL-BLACK Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Okia ATX 550W Power Supply

I have zalman 9500A cpu cooler, with 3 internal HDD, and a DVD drive

temperatures in celsius
cpu: core 1 and core 2 41 at min and 46 at max
gpu: (under-clocked) 58 at min and 80 at max (with fan set to 80% using rivatuner)
(stock) 64 at min and 89 at max.
HDD: All at 36 min and 39 max

I have 3 case fans, which are running at full speed. one is on side and second is on the back. Both are set for exhaust. And the one in front is set for intake.

P.S: i also have another problem. when game for more then 30 half hr. display goes off with long buzz sound.

i dont know what to do.

It's probly something to due with your graphics card cause a 750w case can handle a 8880 gt and anything that goes with it perfectly fine

so, i should replace my graphic card?
also, the display going off and making a buzz sound. what causes that problem? gpu?

Maybe get a better case? Or try getting a new card? its definetly NOT your psu

P.S: the display problem which i mentioned earlier. why does that happen? caused by the gpu or something else?

Definitely something to do with your GPU then since I don't see what overheating will do to your monitor.
