What gpu is good for this system

i want to upgrade my graphics card so what you think about a good gpu

The fastest graphic card for a 300W PSU would probably be the Radeon HD 5670. However, I'm thinking that your Pentium 4 530 would definitely bottleneck any midrange card by today's standards. Thus it would probably be better to upgrade your CPU before your graphics card if it is possible.
