My laptop was corrupted by the virus. I tried re-installing win xp OS but the CD containing the operating system cauld not boot from the DVD ROM, When I changed the DVD ROM to another Computer it worked successfully. I had to change the hard disk to another computer but still the hard disk refused to allow the winxp OS to install on it.
When I boot the laptop I can access the bios setup but as the computer leaves the POST stage nothing is displayed. The indicators on lid screen indicate green light.
Please if any one has understood this problem may help me
