Change refresh rate

Windows 3.1 ??? OMG!

Well..... if I remember correctly, you actually need to change the video card driver. If you have a driver disk for the card it should have various drivers for different res and refresh rates.

So I take it you dont have a driver disk for it then. I guess the only option is to check thru the Drivers that come with Windows
