I'm looking to upgrade my AMD motherboard.

Hello,
Last year I built my first AMD gaming computer. I was on a budget so I cut some corners and didn't get the best motherboard to go along with my awesome AMD processer. Anyway, I'm still on a budget but really would like a good reliable motherboard with plenty of options for Overclocking and Core unlocker. What would you all suggest?
My processer is the AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4ghz Black Edition.

Oh and my current motherboard is this: GIGABYTE GA-770TA-UD3 AM3 AMD 770 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD. I also think I might have put this in the wrong place on your forum and don't know why it posted twice.
