What should I use if I'm going to run and Solid State Drive and a Solid State Hybrid together?
This is on my Alienware M18x bios: ATA, AHCI, or RAID.
Also what order should I have the drives in?

Probably none of the above if it were me. I would run your OS with the SSD and just have the extra HD for storage.
