600-700$ Gaming build - Pls leave feedback

Im kind of new to building computers so i just want some feedback to see if i am doing it right. I tried getting quality items with good reviews for the price.

my only concern is the motherboard says DDR3 1866(OC)/1333/1066 under memory, would i still be able to use the DDR31600 RAM? (hope its not a dumb question lol)

^ I wouldn't say it as your misunderstanding as it should have said "Will support RAM with speeds upto DDR3 1866"...
