Hello,I have a Dell 4800 with a 128MB Radeon X600 SE graphics card. Can I upgrade?

Lots of choices out there. What do you want your upgraded video card to do for you? Have you set a budget?

Also, can you confirm its a Dell 4800 and not a 4500, 4600 or 4700?

Well the Radeon X600 is a PCI-E so I suppose any current PCI-e card should fit on your motherboard
But some of the current high-end video cards need a lot of power to run. Can be more specific about your Power supply?
