Link 2 hard drives

Hi! I got two hard disks and I am going to install a fresh copy of windows booting through a usb flash drive

I need to know how to combine these HDD to be a single HDD?also What type of connections to I need to use?(I mean connect each HDD through sata to mobo or do I need to connect both HDD with the sata)

Thanks any help would be appreciated

This is going to take some reading.

You can read your system manual for RAID0 setup instructions
(Visit the support section of your system manufacturer's website for BIOS setup and RAID0 support information.)

thnx 4 ur reply I will do the spanning but now do I need to connect the harddrives together or no?

if this is SATA, DO NOT run the drives in series. each should have it's own sata cable plugged into it's own spot on the motherboard.

If this is IDE, they can be run on the same cable, but you are better off running them on separate cables.
