Should I upgrade to an HD5570

Dell gx745 sff case and mobo (Q965 chipset)
Core 2 Duo E6400 @ 2.13Ghz
ENGT220, 1Gb, DDR3 low profile GPU
3Gb DDR2 Ram
xp pro 32bit

ive been having some overheating problems with my card so i think im jst goanna sell it and get a new one.

should i get an HD5570 instead of another gt220?

What about HD5670?
It much more powerful than HD5570 and doesn't required lot of power, your PSU can handle that card...

actually its not THAT important if its low profile cause my case is always open anyway. but it would be better iff there was a low prfile one.

id go for 5670. Its a very nice card for casual gamers.

Yes it will run with that psu but fitting it in that case will be tricky.

why did you want a low profile card?
HD5670 is not a heavy (hot) card, it's a very efficient card and your dell PSU will handle that card easily, since the card doesn't required additional 6pin power connector from PSU.

Well, if you want a low profile card then go for HD5570:

ive got a dell gx745 small form factor pc thats why id need a low profile if i want to shut my case. but im not bothered about it being open as it currently is.

yea my gt220 low profile is practically touching my heatsink shroud so i couldnt get a card any longer than that one. ill have a look round ill probly get the 5670 at the start of next month if the dimensions are right,

what version of the 5670 would you guys recommend? like asus, sapphire, gigabyte, raedon etc

from most favourable to least? so i can check dimensions etc
