URGENT: Which is better?

Hi, I am having trouble choosing between two systems below:

-2010 Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Quad Core Processor 1.6GHz (2.8GHz Turbo Mode, 6MB Cache)
-ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470, 1GB
-4 gb ram
* my thoughts, maybe a better processor? but i noticed the speed ghz is slower

-2010 Intel® Core™ i5-520M 2.40GHz (2.93Ghz Turbo Mode, 3M cache)
- ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 4570, 512MB
- 4 gb ram
*faster processor? and much better grpahics card...?

i dont know tooo much about computers -_-
I plan to do some gaming, mostly starcraft 2!

everything else is the same... This is urgent because the offer ends this week!

ok ok cool, just confsued about why the i7 is better even with the less 1.6 - 2.8 ghz vs. the 2.9 on the i5 (Thanks for the speedy response!)

Sorry one more thing i forgot to say... netbookcheck has the 4570 being better than the 5470?

The turbo mode is designed to save battery power and use it only when wanted
