P5kpl-am epu motherboard bios problem ?

Hello,
I redownloaded Microsoft net framework 2.0 now will only half boot to XP Pro screen then freeze.
Have been looking for an updated bios to give it a flash.
Any ideas?

Replace the MOBO. Think Intel or Gigabyte.
Stop wasting your time.
