I think I have a problem with my PSU

I brought my 200wat PSU from my old computer and had geeksquad install it into my SLI GTX 480s

it looks like this now.

The good news is when I turn my computer on the temp stays at a steady 30c. *The same temp it is when it is turned off*

Can it run Crysis on max?
