The vid card and RAM are already purchased, the video card is listed below, and i have 8 GB of DDR2 RAM.

yeah i recently bought the vid card on sale cheap and it runs all games i would play at the reccomemended settings so i think ill just stick with that unless you think there will be a problem

HD4350 is not considered a gaming card but if you are happy with it then it is good enough.

alright thatnks ill probably end up upgrading once i get into maybe 3D or something alot better, but other than that it all works together correct?

It should work all fine if you have DDR2 ram to stick in the motherboard.
